With the cooler temperatures and colour changes it is evident that autumn is upon us. It’s an amazing time of year and nature shows us that change is healthy. It’s time to prepare for shorter days, warmer clothes and heartier meals. I came across a quote by Shira Tamir “Anyone who thinks fallen leaves are dead has never watched them dancing on a windy day”
